Message from Rockaway Township Office of Emergency Management
Dear Resident,
As many of us are acutely aware, since September 11, 2001, our way of life
has changed. It has become necessary for our country, state and every local
municipality to elevate our defenses and awareness. Rockaway Township
maintains an Emergency Operating Plan for our Town. The information
contained on this web page, is intended to give residents some basic
information and understanding on local emergency management roles and
responsibilities. We hope that you find this information useful, not only
for the new threats that now face us, but for other natural related
disasters and emergencies that could occur at any moment.
